Bank Routing Code
Routing codes contain 9 numbers. An Invalid Bank Routing Code message indicates that the routing code was invalid and a financial institution lookup could not be perfomred.

Bank Account Number
Valid bank account numbers contain between 6 and 13 numbers. A message indicating an Invalid Bank Account #, could be caused by several possibilities.
  1. Confirm that you have entered in the correct numbers and have not mistakenly transposed routing and bank account numbers. Refer to the image below for help distinguishing between routing and account numbers on a check.
  2. The bank account number may be denied. Please contact the New Business department.
  3. The bank account number may have returned an error code. Please contact the New Business department.
